About the client:
Guardian is a well-known health and beauty store offering products ranging from beauty, wellness, fitness, lifestyle and everyday essentials. And earlier this year, they opened their 24th branch in Brunei.
Guardian went through a rebranding in 2018 and early in 2019, we had the opportunity to present our social media management service and our proposal to the Guardian team, as they were looking into reviving their social media presence. They liked our proposal and here we are, on our second year of managing their social media channels!
About the project:
Guardian Brunei has been on Facebook and Instagram since 2016, but they didn’t have any social media or content strategy since they started. We took on the challenge and came up with a strategy with the objective to make their social channels relevant, gain more followers and increase their engagement. Our KPI for the first year was to get 10,000 followers or more collectively which we managed to achieve.
The work scope involved is to create and produce their social media content, both static and videos. Every month, we get to borrow some of their products for us to shoot at the playground where we get to play with them and experiment with props and flat-lays. And since we get to sample some of their products, of course it is fun for us to do!
On top of managing and creating their content, we also create social media campaigns for them. These social media campaigns such as contests and giveaways are to increase their engagement as well as brand loyalty.
We have also done other projects for Guardian that is outside of social media such as event campaign, but that is for another time so do look out for it!
